We sell direct to the general public and house owners that are doing home improvements. We also are involved through out the chain and process for new developments and we engage directly with architects, developers and interior designers.

All products are made to exacting standards from the highest quality materials and have been designed for years of trouble-free use and are backed by a 2-year guarantee on parts providing the necessary care is taken.

Yes – whenever it suits you, let us set up a time for a consultation with yourself or a trusted decision maker on your behalf.

A consultation on your needs – advised by our recommendations. Then precise measurements are made from 12 reference points per opening. We then cost estimate all contingencies for your consideration.

No – in most instances this initial quote cost is absorbed by us but should travel and time be in excess of the norm and/or multiple consultations and further quotes be required, these will be billed for.

Yes we can – chat to us about your requirements and supply us measurements for each opening. This will give you an idea of your spend as our products are an investment and therefore are not always a cheap and quick fix.

Contact your consultant with signed confirmation of CE and your requirements. Then a 50% deposit will put your order into production. When production is complete and ready for installation, a further 40% is required. On completion of the installations and signoff, the remaining 10% seals the deal. These securities are put into place to protect both parties. And remember our products are custom designed and made to measure just for you.

If you have plans and measurements for any openings that may need one of our products – we certainly can estimate your spend. But a final quotation on consultation and measurement of the final finish opening will be required for order placement.

From ordering to fitting an estimated timeframe of 4-6weeks to fitment dates. Sometime there may be a delay beyond our measure of control, such as transport strikes or extensive periods of no electricity – whilst we can continue to operate under such conditions we unfortunately can’t vouch for any of our suppliers who may be affected.

Wooden shutters can be made to compliment the form of your architecture. Aluminium shutter and flyscreen products will be manufactured to blend to the most aesthetically pleasing solution for the opening upon assessment.

Yes – our aluminium products have dual purpose for both interior and exterior applications. Our wooden products are only for internal applications.
